I just wanted to point out that even the morality of it isn't quite cut and dry.I think had the game gone for a more serious approach I might have been able to deal with it. Note that it's been a long time since I've done any reading on this stuff (what I know is largely based on a paper I did in college my sophomore year), so my understanding might be a little shaky, and there might be a new research. At this point, legislation should prefer to maintain the interest of the greater good rather than the average gut reaction. If you consider that many people who are pedophiles might not actually have control over those desires, an outlet that doesn't create victims might help keep things in check. There's also a lot of information that suggests that more access to pornography might on average reduce sexual assault rates in general, and that might extend to child sexual assault rates, so criminalizing things like this could lead to greater rate of child sexual victimization. Certainly the thought makes most people uncomfortable, but something doesn't have to be wrong to make somebody uncomfortable. Whether it's wrong to get off to fictional depictions of fictional children is a strange area.
